Unlocked storage cabinet underneath the sink in room 106 contained a hazardardous sticky mouse trap that was accessible to the children in care. 4. Bookcase in room 102 had splintered wood surface and edges. 5. Window blind cords in room 106 were accessible to the children in care causing a strangulation hazard. 6. Foam border on 3 toy shelves in the infant classroom were torn; pieces of the foam hazardous to the infant in care.
