Staff #1's record contained a copy of the request for a Criminal Record Check for Connecticut , which was sent 2.27.2022, but did not contain the results of the search. The Criminal Record check results are required prior to staff being employed. The record for staff #1 contained the results of an abuse and Neglect registry search for Connecticut which was dated 3/8/2023. The results of the abuse and neglect registry search are required within 45 days of employment.
