Interviews with staff on 04/28/25 confirmed that on 4/24/25 there were a total of 10 children with only 1 staff from approximately 8am-9:30am. One 4/24/25 an injury did occur during this time where a child fell resulting in a busted lip. Also, staff interviews confirmed that most mornings, for approximately 30 minutes, ratios have not been met over the last 2 weeks.

Staff #4 brought the child back inside to the front desk.
