The record of staff #2 (start date: 5/1/21) had documentation of fingerprint based national criminal history search results dated 9/14/21. 4. The center used favorable background checks received during previous employment with the center for staff, however the staff members were not employed with the center for more than a year. In those instances, staff should be treated as new hires and new background checks must be obtained.
