Following the incident child #1 was picked up by someone other than the parent. 2.The center did not call the parent to provide notification of the incident and injury. 3.The parent notified the center the following business day when child #1 complained that his head hurt. The child informed the parent of the incident. 4. The Director confirmed the center did not notify the parent.
