    The snack served to children contained one food component which was a fruit squeeze of applesauce. USDA requires two separate food components for snack. The lunch served to children did not include the required five food components. The lunch lacked fluid milk and a fruit or second vegetable serving. Each child received two or three pizza rolls which did not contain the required protein serving for the ages of children in care.
