    1. A basketball hoop approximately 10 feet tall was leaning over the wooden fence. 2. Multiple areas of the wooden fence have loose or missing pieces. 3. The seesaw and merry go round are rusted. 4. The following hazards are a potential poking or snagging injury: Multiple areas of the wooden fence have sharp protruding nails, the plane shaped climbing structure has a broken pipe on the wing and the roof of the plastic playhouse has exposed sharp pieces and two sharp protruding nails.
