During a virtual review of the outdoor play area on 11/01/2021, the inspector reviewed a variety of outdoor play equipment including but not limited to, a set of swings, a little tikes play structure and two small climbing cubes with slides. None of these pieces of play equipment had cushioning material under and around them. a. A child falling or jumping from any of the outdoor play equipment could sustain an injury.
