    22.1-289.031-B-5 · Based on observation and interview, the center failed to implement the center's procedure to ensure the center is free of obvious injury hazards.

    Evidence: 1. The director stated the center's procedure regarding hazardous substances is when kept in the classroom they should be on top of the cabinets out of reach of children. Bleach and extra supplies are kept in the kitchen cabinets where children are not permitted. 2. In the boys and girls restroom, on the counter beside the sink was generic disinfectant spray and generic disinfectant wipes. 3. In the hallway on a low table was generic disinfectant spray. 4. In the 3's classroom on a low table was Clorox disinfectant wipes. 5. In the 4's classroom was a spray bottle of Method all purpose cleaner on a low shelf.
