22.1-289.031-A-9 · The center is to implement a procedure in which the center is in compliance with all safe sleep guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. A child under the age of 12 months was asleep in the crib with a blanket on top of him/her. All staff are required to follow American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines for safe sleep which includes no loose blankets in sleeping areas.
