During an inspection on 12/12/23, the center was cited for not obtaining background checks for three staff and the licensing inspector requested that within 10 days the center provide documentary evidence that the background checks had been requested. 2. The licensing inspector sent an email on January 8, 2024, requesting the documentary evidence be sent by close of business on January 9, 2024. Another email was sent on January 23, 2024, requesting the documentary evident be sent immediately. 3. As of January 25, 2024, the documentary evidence has not been received.
