In the three-year old classroom there were three cans of Chlorox wipes and Lysol spray in an unlocked cabinet in the bathroom. There were three cans of Barbosol shave cream on an art cart in the class accessible to children. The labels on each of these state "keep out of reach of children and caution." 3. In the four-year old classroom there were two cans of shaving cream, five bottles of contact lens solution, two bottles of hydrogen peroxide, and a can of Elmer's Craft Bond on a cart under the sink and accessible to children. The labels stated "keep out of reach of children and warning or danger." 4. Administration acknowledged the hazardous substances were not locked.

There was also a bottle of Lysol spray that had a label that stated "keep out of the reach of children" and "caution." Staff #6 confirmed the cabinet was not locked.
