1) On March 2, 2023, Staff 1 was supervising 2 children in the school age classroom. 2) While in the home living area, Child 1 (6 years old) and Child 2 (9 years old) crouched behind and adjusted the play mirror to stay out of view. 3) The video footages shows that over the span of approximately 15 minutes, Child 1 pulls shirt up exposing torso, and Child 2 touches Child 1?s buttocks over their clothes. 4) Child 1 stated that they showed Child 2 their private area and that Child 2 touched Child 1?s buttocks.
