On 09/26/2025, in addition to snack, a class was rewarded with every child also receiving popsicles. Staff #1 decided that based on their behavioral (3) three children (who previously earned this reward) would have it withheld. There (3) three children only received the base snack, and not the added popsicles as promised.

Evidence - 1. On the date of inspection (05/08/2024), peeling paint was observed within Room 12 (Child Day Care). 2. This area of peeling paint was located inside the room, beside the door to exit and enter the room. The green paint was observed missing in this area, with peeling paint existing as well.
