    On the preschool playground, the ladder component of the play equipment had areas of rusting. In the Pandas classroom and the Lambs classroom, the metal push panel on the doors were rusted. On the toddler playground, a hole measuring approximately three inches in diameter was present in the pour-in-place resilient playground surface. The low cabinets under the sink in the Panda's classroom and the supply cabinet in the Lamb's classroom had chipped wood on the bottom corners.
