Evidence: Children were observed washing their hands and eating an afternoon snack. After the children finished snack time, they were instructed by staff to line up at down the hallway at the exit door to go outside to the playground. The children had not washed their hands following snack. Once reminded, staff brought the children back to the area outside of the cafeteria and asked the children line up outside of the restrooms to wash their hands.
