The gap was wide enough that a child could insert their hand in that gap. The wood inside the couch was visible to the eye. 2. Pre-K (4 years old) classroom: The home living sink was missing the bin that would serve as the sink, posing a head entrapment hazard. 3. Chipped paint was seen in the Preschool and Pre-K classrooms around the windows.
