Evidence: There were 8 children in care at the beginning of the inspection. A child was picked up approximately 5 minutes into the inspection. The provider explained that the child was in care, but was visiting that day. The inspector explained that if any child receives care for compensation, than any child in the home, exclusive of the provider's own children, are considered in care.
