At approximately 4: 45 pm, staff A was entering information into the center issued tablet when four of the five children exited the Portico through the half gate and walked approximately 20 feet toward the roundabout where a motorist saw the unaccompanied children near the road and pulled over and escorted the children to the front entrance of the center.
