Evidence: 1) The record of Staff #1, employed 09/04/2018, did not contain documentation of the satisfactory results of the fingerprint-based national criminal background check. 2) The results of the fingerprint-based national criminal background check in the record of Staff #2, employed 02/01/2023, were dated 02/08/2023. 3) During interview, a member of administration reported the fingerprint results for Staff #1 could not be located and the results for Staff #2 were not obtained prior to employment.
