Evidence: 1. The roof covering the back porch, to be used by the children, has nails exposed. There are several areas of rotten wood under the roof. 2. The cinderblock building behind the center has a down spout with sharp edges. This is located in the outside play area for the children. 3. The side area to be used as a playground area has cinderblocks, pieces of 4x4's, scrap wood and trash strown about. 4. The infant room has an area with wooden 4x4's that are splintered. 5. In the toddler and Pre-K areas are shelves on top of the cubbies, not attached to the wall.
