In the classroom of two year old's, from 8:00 am to 9:45 am, staff members did not follow the daily activity schedule for the classroom. 2 When children entered in the classroom for morning arrival, there was no teacher facilitated acivities. The children were observed running and then sat at the table to be served breakfast. 3. Staff member was observed with back to children during the time they were running in the classroom. he children were running for a few minutes and then sat at the table. There was no activity given the children while they sat at the table waiting to be served for breakfast. 3. Wen the children entered the classroom, here was no handwashing before preparing to eat morning breakfast.

Evidence: 1. In the Pre-K classroom, there were approximately 9 children present in the classroom with one staff. 2. Two children were running and hitting each other in the classroom. 3. Staff member was on technology device and speaking to a parent when this occurred. 4. The children ran from one of the classroom to the other. The children did not look in the direction of the children to address the safety concern. 2 The staff did not follow center's policies and procedures in having a clear line of sight to all areas of the room.
