In video footage from 01/11/2024 at approximately 11:22 am, Staff 1 was observed closely holding Child 1 while leaning their head down close to the head of Child 1. Staff 1 was observed striking Child 1 twice on the buttocks. Child 1 is observed holding their buttocks after the second strike.

This cabinet contained 1 can of Clorox wipes, 2 bottles of Purell Surface Disinfectant and Dawn power wash.
