Evidence: 1. In review of documentation, in the wobbler classroom, staff did a water bead activity with children. A child was sitting in high chair with water beads. The child was touching waterbeds with finger. The water beads is not an appropriate activity due to the size of the item which can be a choking hazard. 2. During walk-through of the toddler classroom, cotton balls were on a tray on a bookshelf. Staff stated cotton balls were used for an stretch activity with the children. 3. The toddler classroom did not have a choking tube in the classroom which is used to determine if the item for activity is a chocking hazard.
