As the group was cleaning up after snack, child A was sweeping the floor and was raising his voice, staff member 1 taunted the child with a mocking tone. When the child became agitated and held up a broom, staff 1 then took the broom and dustpan and tossed it off to the side. Staff 1 was then witnessed picking up child A up by the arm, and pulling the child across the room.
