The space is enclosed with a half wall approximately 3 - 4 feet tall. Staff were able to see into the space, but did not provide consistent supervision for the child. A staff member is assigned to space adjacent to the enclosed area, but that staff's responsibilities were to greet parents at pick up and locate the children going home.
