On 01/08/2025, video footage of circle time showed child #1 (age 2) fall on a friend, staff #3 roughly picked up child #1 under the arms and put the child down in another spot. On 01/09/2025, video footage of circle time showed staff #1 roughly grab child #1 under the arms and move child #1 to the other side of the carpet. Child #2 (age 2) crawled up to staff #1s lap, staff #1 pushed child #2 off of their lap. Staff #1 grabbed child #3 (age 2) by their shirt and pulled child #3 back to a sitting position. On 01/09/2025, video footage showed staff #2 grab child #4 (age 2) by the wrist and roughly pull the child up off of the ground to a standing position and pulled the child across the room to the bathroom. On 01/13/2025, video footage of nap time showed staff #4 pick child #4 up off of the ground by their left arm and left leg and put the child back on their cot. Child #2 picked their head up off of their cot and staff #4 put child #2s blanket back on them and pushed their head down to the cot.
