    Behavioral guidance shall be constructive in nature, age and stage appropriate, and shall be intended to redirect children to appropriate behavior and resolve conflicts. Staff A and staff B reported that staff #1 frequently used a harsh tone and demeaning language with the children. Child #2 was upset and getting cleaned up from a potty accident and staff #1 said in a harsh tone "you're coughing in my face, stop crying".
