Evidence: 1.On June 15, 2023, the Department accepted an intensive plan of correction submitted by the licensee which addressed corrective actions implemented by the licensee for violations pertaining to building maintenance, supervision of children, cribs, cots, rest mats and beds and special feeding needs. On August 21, 2023 an inspection was conducted on the implementation of the plan of correction. Repeat violations were documented in the area of building maintenance.
