    Evidence: The indoor climber equipment which measured approximately 4 1/2 feet tall was over bare floor. From the floor to the platform of the slide measured approximately 2 feet but 2 sides of the climber had wooden rod steps and rock steps that went as high as 4 1/2 feet high. The children, ages 19 months- 2 years were observed climbing on this equipment with a caregiver directly supervising.
