During this inspection, there were two staff member laying on the floor in the infant room. One staff member appeared to be asleep and was woke up by another staff member. Upon review of the video footage of the room, that infant teacher could be observed on camera appearing to fall asleep from 1:26pm to when I walked into the room around 1:47pm.

Several of the infant playyards contained matresses that were not designed by the manufactuer, causing the mattress to not fit snugly in the playyard. This was corrected at inspection when the mattresses were removed from the playyards. One infant crib had a loose fitted sheet causing the sheet to bunch up on the mattress. This was corrected at inspection when the sheet was changed to a snug fitted sheet.

There was a hole in the wall in the 2 year old room, Fans in the classrooms need to be dusted. A sink in the afterschool room needs repair. The seats on the dining table were leaning and need to be leveled. There was standing water in the pots by the front door.
