After evaluating background check rules, it was determined that three caregivers did not have a cleared background check. All three caregivers were observed caring for children. All three caregivers were immediately removed from the operation during the inspection, bringing the facility into compliance.

During a review of the record keeping subchapter, it was determined that a fire drill had not been conducted for the previous month.
