It was found that infant bottles are washed/rinsed in the sink in the infant room that is also used for handwashing. There was a bottle brush and dish liquid on the sink. I spoke with the caregivers about not washing bottles in their sink in the room.

Abserved multiple infants sitting in rocker chairs from 1;27 pm until 3:53. Licensing had told the caregivers at the start of the inspection that the infants can only be in the restrictive devices for 15 minutes and they failed to remove the infants throughout the entire inspection. This was corrected when the infant were removed from the devices.
