Second hole is approximately 5 inches tall and is 5 inches wide at the bottom but narrows to the top. Third hole is two planks next to each other. One is 3 inches tall and the other is 2 inches tall. These planks are sharp with wooden splinters. They could hurt the children if they reached through the hole in the bottom of the fence.
