Information gathered during the investigation by DFPS Child Care Licensing investigator determined a caregiver pinched a child on the arm, grabbed the child forcefully by the bicep and upper chest and shoulder area.

Investigation information obtained from DFPS Child Care Licensing investigator determined a caregiver placed their hands on the child?s arm, chest and shoulder that resulted in several bruises. Caregiver is no longer present at the operation.
