  Two outlet covers in two different rooms were observed broken with sharp edges. One couch in one room was observed with the fake leather cover ripped. One couch in another room was observed with a whole in the seat part of the cushion. Paint is peeling on the front wall of one of the classrooms.

Based on video footage received. Caregiver was observed grabbing child by arm forcefully. Child was observed crying.

Based on the information obtained during the investigation there is sufficient information to prove a caregiver did not use good judgement when they threw a child's shoe over the fence.
