During the 3rd initial inspection the children were observed coming inside, after having played outside, and they did not wash their hands. This was corrected at inspection when state rep asked the caregiver to have the children wash their hands, and they did.

During the 1st initial inspection it was observed that the outdoor play area had two teeter totters, which are a prohibited piece of play equipment. These were removed during the inspection to meet compliance.
