The outdoor play area had a fence with growing foliage that included small and large colored berries. Some of the foliage had green round balls that looked like they had soft spikes or points. There was also an orange electrical cord found in the ground. The inspector also observed oyster shells, pieces of wood, broken rocks or cement, and ant piles on the playground.
