During this investigation, it was determined that there were staples left on the classroom's floor, accessible to the children, after a bulletin board was remodeled. A child in care was able to pick up and retrieve one of the staples, place in their mouth, and swallow the staple. --------- By the time of the investigation inspection, the floors were clear of any debris, and all staples that were previously used on the bulletin boards have been removed and replaced by Velcro strips and tags
