746.2426(a)(2) · Infant May Not Sleep in a Restrictive Device - Remove the infant from the device and place the infant in a crib as soon as possible
During the observation inspection at the facility two infants were observed asleep in restrictive devices and one was asleep on a boppy in a sleep sacks. The infants were not removed immediately from the devices and placed in their cribs but were said to had fallen asleep after they were fed. The babies were eventually removed from the devices or awaken after approximately 3 minutes after the caregivers were instructed to do so.
