The restroom in the toddler room had various items present including a chair directly behind the sink, an easel/chalkboard, there were items blocking access to the toilets, and there were various cleaning supplies in a bin on the floor near the restroom (this area was being blocked off with a chair). This was corrected at inspection when the portable sink in the toddler room was refilled with water. Extra staff was also in the process of cleaning the restroom and removing the items that do not belong in the restroom.
