Based on information obtained during the course of the investigation, it has been determined that the background check and personal confidential information was disclosed to unauthorized persons. The operation no longer was authorized to use this information after the individual left employment. The background check information was accessed without the individual's consent and was processed by the operation three times after employment ended.
