In the kitchen area 2 deficiencies were seen. * There was a gallon of milk that had expired the date on the gallon of milk stated Jan. 24th. * In the kitchen area there were sanitizing wipes in the area where food is prepared. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when the expired gallon of milk was disposed of in the sink. The cleaning supplies were stored away from the area where food is prepared.
