Multiple staff were observed conducting diaper changes and did not wash their hands after changing the children's diapers. Multiple children had their diapers changed and the staff did not wash their hands. Additionally, a staff member cleaned up spit up from an infant and then resumed feeding infants in the high chair without washing their hands. After children had their diapers changed, the children did not wash their hands.
