At the time of the inspection, the caregiver in the PreK room did not know how many children were in her care. She stated there were 16 children in her care when there were 17.This was corrected when the caregiver recounted the children on the Ipad.

The bathroom doorknobs in the afterschool room were broken and sharp to the touch. This was accessible to children while opening the bathroom doors. This was temporarily corrected by covering the knobs with tape until the replacement knobs arrive.
