Disposition: No Deficiencies Cited

This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. A child was left unattended in his classroom while in care. The child was found safe by management and returned to his class. This standard is marked as corrected at inspection, as the caregivers and class where the child was present at the time was observed and all proper supervision requirements were being followed. Name to face head counts were counted, and additional supervision trainings and probationary periods have been put in place for the caregivers involved.
