The operation was missing policies for hearing and vision screening requirements, procedures for parents to review minimum standards and the most recent inspection form, procedures for parents to contact the local licensing office or the DFPS abuse and neglect hotline, the criteria used to determine extreme weather, and a plan for physical activity to be done indoors if extreme weather prohibits outdoor play.

During the inspection a 7 month old was observed sleeping in a bouncer inside the crib with a blanket. This was corrected by the bouncer, the blanket, and the infant being removed from the crib and infant placed backed into the crib with tight fitting sheets only.
