To prevent the digestion, cleaning supplies need to be kept out of reach of children. This was corrected during the inspection when the provider removed the cleaning supplies out of the reach of the children.

747.4401(8) · No Asphalt or Concrete Under Climbing Equipment Unless Unitary Surfacing Covers Use Zone

During the inspection 2 pieces of climbing equipments was observed on the concrete slab in the back yard. There was also trash and debris observed. A tripping hazard was observed with a water hose that was stretching across the backyard from the porch to the gate.
