The yard was found to have the following items not fenced or out of reach of the children in care: 2 push lawn mowers, a riding lawn mower, equipment supplies, rakes, shovels, hoe, debris stored on backside of shed, on the side of the shed, and inside a black short trailer, fire starter liquid was on BBQ pit shelf, shed door had staples protruding from where some frames have come off, and a camper on the ground with items on top of it.
