The same caregiver was later observed picking up a child by one arm and carrying them upside down to return them to their cot during naptime. A second caregiver was observed carrying a child right below their wrists to another caregiver while on the playground.

Three classroom restrooms had mop buckets and water accessible to the children. Classrooms use soap and water buckets to clean table tops. Spray bottles were accessible in the restroom to children in the prek room. There was a toilet brush laying on top of the toilet lid in the 2 yr room.
